Global November 17
Christmas is coming and we're all looking for the best deal and once again - the Web to the rescue.
There are some fantastic aggregator sites that scour the country for deals and put them on an easy to use website.
The first one I'm going to talk about is called redflagdeals.com - http://www.redflagdeals.com/
It's really easy site to use - as you can see at the top - there are sections for deals, coupon, freebies, and more. There's even a forum for people to swap ideas on.
You can locate warehouse sales and retail outlets - play around the site - there's lots of great content and great deals. Don't forget to check out the scarlett lounge section.
My next pick is the Canadian Tech Deals blog - http://tech.smartcanucks.ca/
This site is particularly excellent for finding tech-related deals. You name it - they've found it - cheaper. They even direct you to special floor model refurbished equipment.
It's similar to redflagdeals - in that it aggregates from all sorts of different web sites. It takes the best of all worlds and puts it together on one site. Again - there's deals, coupons, freebies and more.
You can even check out the 'paid surveys' section - who knows - maybe you can make a little extra spending money or get a gift for filling out an online questionnaire. I have had great luck on this site - recently found out about a sale on Blu-ray DVDs. Pan's Labarynth for only $9.99 - incredible.
If you're wanting to escape the cold winter blues - check out http://www.travelalerts.ca/ for the latest travel deals. There's also http://ca.deals.travelzoo.com/t-Canada. Hotel and lots more. Whatever you're thinking of doing - hotel, motel, cruise - drive, bike, or train - go to the Web and start searching.
Travel Deals:

redtag.ca
http://canada.zappos.com/ - great deals on SHOES!
Threadless.com - for unique t-shirts
http://goldfishlegs.ca/ has great stuff for kids, babies and more.
Also google search Last Minute Deals, and you'll find cheap prices for everything from concert tickets to travel airfares.
Then there's always Craig's List and Ebay and one of my favorites ETSI.com - all handmade stuff - definitely worth a look.

Thanks for watching,
